Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

Any product that is returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in condition received. Refunds will only be provided for defective product or if product fails to ship and fabric must be returned to receive a refund. If you are seeking a refund but fail to send back the product you will either receive store credit or no compensation at all. Any fabric that has been altered in any way is not subject to a refund. Shipping cost is non refundable. Once your order ships, your products are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Any damage or missing fabric that occurs with the shipping agent will be the responsibility of the shipping agent. We do offer Route shipping protection for these incidents. Any claims will be the responsibility of the customer to pursue. We are more than happy to offer any assistance with the claim process, but it will be the responsibility of the customer for the claims process.
